I use vpn and a file browser to monitor spam filters on our work server, messages end up in a folder in eml format. From the file browser I cant see the contents in rich text, only text. That can work to read through the header and whatnot, but I wanted to be able to see them in rich text. I set klammer to secure mode, it now shows on my "open with" options, and does no prob. Hey if it could read the folder through my vpn connection that would be amazing, but thats probably down the feature list at about number 7000.

I wanted to view my outlook emails that were saved in drop box on my iPhone. In order to do that I needed to buy the upgrade which cost an additional $.99. Once I upgraded it worked perfectly. I would have given it five stars if it werent for the misleading price

This app does not open msg files on 4S or iPad mini, even after the upgrade. It works well on iPhone 5. Sadly, the msg files are on my 4S. Not recommended.

Doesnt even open .eml attachments. Any thing else it requires in app purchase. They should be required to rework their app disruption to be very clear about pricing and functionality at each tier. Again - DOES NOT WORK. (iOS 7 on iPhone 5s)

Works as promised. .eml file attachment opened without any need for an in-app purchase.

Does what it says! It solved a huge problem with reading .MSG files archived from Outlook through Dropbox. Requires an in-app purchase, but worth it.

I purchased this to import Outlook appts to my iPhone 5 calendar. It doesnt work. Tried to get support but no luck as of today.

I have been looking for an "eml tool" (just like there is a "webloc tool"), and this seems to fill the bill. Downloaded it onto an ipad running IOS7, and now I can open all those .eml files I have saved with other files, by subject. Although, I am still perplexed as to why Apple has never put native support for .eml and .webloc into IOS. Anyone with a Mac is going to be pretty annoyed when they download file collections onto their IOS devices, and discover they cant display .eml and .webloc.

Hasnt been updated in forever. Looks terrible on the iPhone 5 or newer.

I opened a .msg file from Dropbox with no problems after doing the in app purchase for additional $0.99 (app is really $1.98 to view .msg files...a little misleading). From Dropbox > click on the file name > click the options button > choose Open In > then choose the Klammer app. No issues.

Can not get it open eml files after following their directions. No response from them. Trying to get a refund

I have msg files stored on a secure intranet at work and Id like to open them from a web browser on my phone or iPad. It wont work at all on my iPad. On my iPhone 5s running iOS 8.02, it recognizes that the file is an msg file and prompts me to upgrade. When I try that it says loading and never gets past that. Useless.

I add emails to Evernote as attachments (Drag and Drop) for reference in project notes. This app is awesome as it lets me open on my iPhone, Read the actual email and respond. Why Evernote doesnt have this feature built in I have no clue. Guess they have been busy creating coffee mugs and socks. Useless use of resources by Evernote. They should buy this company!

I want my $1 back. Zero functionality when running in iOS 8. Who knows if it worked before then. Just noticed it hasnt been updated since 2013.

Just downloaded it and it wont open my file I want my dollar back. Sincerely one mad customer

Man, having a program advertised as "It opens .msg files! Only .$99!", then making the ability to open .msg files an IN APP PURCHASE FOR ANOTHER $.99, is the height of shady operations. Maybe I should have read the fine print, which says "the ability to open .msg files is an in-app purchase". Thats fine. Maybe I should read every inch of a developers review before I purchase something. Or maybe, just maybe, Ill simply choose to feel ripped off and never buy another product from Klappers developer. Yeah, Ill go with the latter.

Read all the reviews, if you pay attention to all the provided documentation, it clearly states .msg files are an in app purchase. Using iOS 8.2, this does exactly what I expected including displaying attachments cleanly. I would give it 5 stars if I could control how much of the subject is viewable, I.e, multiple lines. Id you want to open msg files, pay the $2!!! Cant even get a Latte for that.

This app has potential but unfortunately doesnt deliver! Cant create folders and worst of all no search feature!

Doesnt work and the so called "tech support" never gets back to you.

I needed to open eml files from a scanner on my iPhone 6. This app worked great. Was able to open and save 10 files in short order. Im quite satisfied.
