Very disappointed

I heen using Klammer without problems until a short while ago. I backup all my email messages to Google Drive, because I need to access my archive from my iPad while on the go. Now it has stopped working and Kupon assistance has been of no assistance at all. I ask for Thier help various times but they always came back, late and with no possible solution. It just t he way it is. Very disappointing
